GL Design evolved as a service for authors whose works needed an avenue into the public eye.

Manuscripts busy gathering dust on some shelf frequently deserve publication, especially if they make a contribution toward what we call "love-oriented realities."

GL Design shares its founding vision and orientation with the non-profit organization:
Musical Missions of Peace

GL Design evolved from "Giant Leprechaun Design," a theme still visible in the company logo which was designed by Tessalin Green.

The label "Giant Leprechaun" dates back to the 1970's when Cameron Powers, the founder, was a craftsman devoted to building musical instruments, primarily guitars. Bent over the workbench, sanding the wood pieces prior to assembly, Cameron resembled, according to Jim Primock, his assistant, a giant leprechaun.
